Our Founder's Story
Alpha Care Medical Transport, LLC was founded by James Conn with a simple but powerful mission: to ensure that no one in the Treasure Valley would miss a medical appointment due to lack of reliable transportation.
Having witnessed firsthand the challenges that patients face when trying to get to medical appointments, James recognized a critical gap in the local healthcare support system. Many patients, particularly seniors and those recovering from medical procedures, struggle with transportation barriers that can prevent them from receiving the care they need.
"I saw too many people having to choose between their health and their transportation options," James explains. "Whether it was someone who couldn't drive after surgery, a senior who was no longer comfortable driving to distant medical facilities, or families struggling to coordinate care for their loved ones – there was a real need for dependable, professional medical transportation."
